We would like the opportunity to bring our portrait photography service to your establishment.
Any time of the year is good for portrait, presents for parents, grandparents and family members.
We realize you are busy people so we at PJ Photography will endeavour to make your workload as minimal as possible.
Our reprint price is well in-line with current pricing structures and we offer photography reprint packs with an image printed in several sizes at a discounted rate and packs with multiple image options. Reprints may be ordered once a pack has been ordered.
We endeavour to take professional, creative images and, wherever possible, we also take close ups to capture the child's unique personality. When we are satisfied that we have achieved good results, we then select a few of the best images and print out a contact sheet for each client. These contact sheets and order forms will be delivered to you as speedily as possible. We allow one week for image selection and will collect the packs and return - usually within two weeks - with the reprints.
We will work together to create an enjoyable, fun experience and will be happy to alter the process below to suit your specific requirements.
What will be required of you:
Can you confirm a date for the photo sessions and place the adverts provided in your workplace.
After the session we will process the images and deliver them to you one week later with a list of names to be checked off .
Please can you hand and out the order packs with resulting proof written images.
Your clients will return the order forms a week later together a with cheque payment envelope, or cash if preferable. Late orders can also be placed. We will collect these and deliver the prints to you up to two weeks later or earlier - depending on workload – It could be as early as one week.
Can you then hand out the print packages and reprints
Your nursery will receive commission on reprints and other products ordered.
If any of your parents are unable to come on the set date, we are willing to return for a further session comprising of at least 5 clients.
Staff can also be included in the sessions – those not present can visit my home studio or we can include them on the next visit. We can also photograph the features and relevant areas of your nursery to be used on your web site.
