Cross process effect
An effect that has been around for a while in magazines in the 90's using film processing teqniques. A bit hit and miss but with digital photography easy to alter. Now being used in adverts on television. Works on sunny outdoor images with the sun coming from the back of the subject - creates a painterly summer effect.
